SuperZoo Exhibitor Meeting Room

Rooms, Dates and Times are first come first serve basis.

  • Meeting Room prices:
    •  $400.00 for half day
    •  $750.00 for entire day
    • $2,000.00 for all 3 days
    • Meeting rooms will be rented on first come, first served basis.
    • Submitting this form does not guarantee your requested day/time.
      • Please wait for confirmation prior to planning your meeting.
    • Meeting rooms are in the North Convention Center on the lower level.
  • You will have access to your meeting room only on the days/hours that have been reserved for you. If
    you need time to set up the room before your event, make sure that you have rented the room for that
    day/hours also. You will not be allowed access to your meeting room prior to the time that has been
    reserved for you.
  • If you would like to have food/beverage in your meeting room, please be aware that it MUST be ordered
    from the Mandalay Bay. No outside food is allowed to be brought into the meeting rooms.
  • You will be charged a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel your meeting room after July 21, 2023.
