Booth Package Includes:
1 Booth Space. (Standard booth size is 10x10. Booth size may vary. Space assignments are made at the discretion of Show Management. Booth assignments are subject to change. No canopies or awnings are permitted.)
8' high back drape and 3' high side rails

1 - 120v/500 Watt/5 amp outlet
4 Exhibitor Badges per Booth Space and access to Show Floor, Educational Seminars, Meet & Greet/Networking Reception.

Partners in Promotion Program:
In trade for a complimentary presence on the show floor, organizations are asked to promote their participation to members and enthusiasts in following ways.  Your booth space will not be assigned until initial criteria is met.
- Add a calendar of events listing to your organization's website for Aquatic Experience
- Promote the event via social media - Facebook page announcements/updates
- Encourage members to "Like" Aquatic Experience on Facebook for show updates & info
- Promote your participation in membership outreach emails, forums and mailings
- Promote your participation in Aquatic Experience at all club meetings and events
- Html-ready promotions, artwork and collateral material are available upon request

If Hobby Club is not participating in the Partners in Promotion Program the booth fee will be $200.

Associations, clubs, hobby groups and non-profits are allowed to sell organization-related merchandise only. Items for sale must have organization name and/or logo. If you are planning to sell goods or live animals for profit or personal gain, please use the commercial or live animal booth contract.

DONATIONS: Donation Jar and/or Raffles may be allowed in booth but dollar amount may not be specified. Raffles must be in compliance with the State of New Jersey regulations on raffles.  
BOOTH OCCUPANCY: Your booth must be occupied by the company on this contract. It may not be sublet to any other person, company or entities.
ACCEPTANCE: This contract is subject to the Terms and Conditions as set forth here and in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Upon acceptance of this by Show Management, you will receive a confirmation of your booth assignment. Show Management will have final determination on exhibitor acceptability.
